I am so glad to share with you about this blog. It is something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I have been a technical support specialist on/offline for a long time and it never ceases to amaze me how so few people know even the basic information needed to maintain a smooth running computer. I have encountered countless situations that would have never arose had a simple maintenance routine been incorporated. That is the reason for this blog. I want to "Empower The Technology Challenged". EVERY computer owner needs to understand basic maintenance. It saves a monster headache coupled with aggravation; not to mention time and money.In a perfect world, when purchasing a personal computer, it would come with its very own "heart-felt" 24-hour PC technician; whom, is at the beck and call of the user anytime an issue or question was stumbled upon. However, this is not a perfect world and computers have very much become a necessary tool. One that will continue to gain a greater presence in every day life in the coming years. It's a good idea to have the basics.
I have created an environment that I hope is inviting and warm. It's a dog eat dog world out here and well, folks are tired of the games and scams. I hope to eradicate some of those fears.
